Any plan of going somewhere in August

No plan at the moment till Eid. However some times some plans are cooked up at very short notice.
All visitors to the Kumrat Valley, all those that value the natural outdoors (and the respective CDA/government in particular), owe you a debt for the clean-up drive your group conducted. I don't understand that when the 'state faith' Islam directly exhorts cleanliness, self-control, avoiding excess use of resources and respect for the environment why it is that places of geographical interest around Pakistan are found to be so filthy. Poverty does not explain it because its habit and misconduct that creates pollution in the first place(not plumbing).Clearly, the message of keeping things 'Paak" fails to be delivered in masjids around the country !!. From a recent family trip to the Deosai plains- you could clearly tell where people had bothered to trample because of the rubbish they had left in their wake- despite being explicitly instructed by the park rangers to NOT litter !!! How hard is it to carry a rubbish bag with you and empty it at the end of your journey in a designated rubbish bin ??! If the CDA could have a fleet of drones that capture litterbugs and so institute heavy fines and ban re-entry of these culprits, that might just work(provided the Rangers are unbribeable!) But of course, people have to give a damn to begin with. It goes without saying really, that clean, hygienic and functioning toilet facilities need to be installed and maintained as well. If other countries can do it without great wealth why should Pakistan continue to be so regressive ?
